Clinical Decision-Making
All diagnoses, treatment plans, prescriptions, coding selections, and follow-up decisions must be reviewed and approved by an appropriately licensed practitioner or authorized clinical team member.

Any AI-assisted summaries, documentation prompts, coding suggestions, compliance flags, or workflow recommendations are provided for support purposes only. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not suitable for a particular patient, specialty, or jurisdiction unless independently validated by the clinician using them.

EMRGENIUS is designed so that clinicians remain in the loop and can review the basis for platform-generated suggestions before acting on them. Our intent is to support clinical decision support workflows that preserve practitioner oversight rather than autonomous decision-making.
